Return Policy
If you wish to return an item simply because you change your mind, we will exchange or refund provided you return the item:

within 14 days from the date of purchase:
- unworn and in its original condition;
- with all original labels and tickets attached; and
- with a KITTE original receipt provided as proof of purchase.

When returning your purchase, please include the receipt and the returns/exchanges form (comes with your order) to indicate the reason for your return.

Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.


Sale items
Unfortunately sale items, earrings & head pieces cannot be refunded or exchanged.


Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange the item, please enclose with your goods a postage paid, self addressed bag. please note: all postage costs will be covered by the customer. If the item is no longer available you may choose between a store credit of equivalent value to the item purchased or a refund crediting your original method of payment.

Gift Cards
Please note that Gift Cards are not eligible for refund.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. As Kitte is not liable for the loss of items being returned, we highly recommend you return your goods using registered mail.
