RETURN POLICY

Kitte provides store credit in exchange for returned goods. Please contact us via info@kitte.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel including your order confirmation number and what you wish to return.

Please note we are unable to accept returns for earrings or hair pieces due to hygiene reasons. Sale items unfortunately cannot be returned.

 
EXCHANGE POLICY

When bought from our store, we provide a three-month warranty period for Kitte pieces where we will repair or exchange the item at no cost except for the postage to us and back to you.

When posting the item back to us, please include a prepaid post satchel that has been addressed to yourself.

Our repair service does not extend to jewellery that has been damaged due to wear and tear, misuse and jewellery that has not been cared for (eg. chipped, snapped, bent out of shape, worn in water). We reserve the right to not repair or to add a cost to any goods returned after aforementioned period.
